#Street fighter x tekken 2 ps3
The fact that the Xbox 360 version had less characters than the Sony consoles is ridiculous considering that other fighting games of Capcom released for that console had the same characters as the PS3 versions. In short, Street Fighter X Tekken was the victim of poor timing. The most infamous example would be Mega Man Legends 3. What's worse is that the game came out when all of the Mega Man projects are getting cancelled left and right after Keiji Inafune's departure from Capcom in 2010.He also looks like some dude trying to cosplay as the blue bomber. While Mega Man makes a appearance in this game, this version of him is based off of the infamous US artwork from the first game in which poorly bases off him.Honda and Fei Long were not added in the game. While the roster has 55 characters (25 Street Fighter, 25 Tekken, and 5 PlayStation exclusive guest characters), their quality is questionable since some fan choices like Bruce Irvin, Eddy Gordo, E.However you can change up each character's language with the options menu, so you can make it fit your liking.Despite having the language options, Yoshimitsu, Ogre, and Pac-Man still remain in their original languages. While he did speak English in Tekken 4, that was his only time that he spoke English in his ending only. Hwoarang is a example of this, he originally came from Korea speaking Korean. There is only 2 language options English and Japanese, in which some of the characters do not fit in these 2 languages. Unlike Tekken which had multiple languages for each character on their region. While Bob and Rufus go together because of their weight class, Zangief and Julia do not. One example is Zangief and Rufus and their rivals Julia Chang and Robert "Bob" Richards. The same thing goes for their rivals, in which some of them do not fit their character's fighting style. While this game is considered to be non-canon to both of the original series, this could confuse the player into thinking they are friends with each other.Yoshimitsu and Raven: Both never met each other in the Tekken Series, even with Raven's first appearance in Tekken 5.Kazuya Mishima and Nina Williams: Kazuya was Nina's assassination target in Tekken 2, Kazuya later captured her and froze her in her sleep for the next 19 years after Tekken 2.Hwoarang and Steve Fox: Both of the characters are not friends with each other, they can only be seen fighting in Tekken 5's intro sequence. Some of them, do not fit the characters at all.

While some character teams make sense for the series they are in, such as Ryu and Ken, Heihachi and Kuma, Paul Phoenix and Marshall Law, King and Craig Marduk, Jin Kazama and Ling Xiaoyu, Guy and Cody Travers, Balrog and Vega, and Poison and Hugo Andore. If you played that game before, it is very noticeable. The Street Fighter character models are recycled from Street Fighter IV instead of something new.Be sure to check it out below, and if you want to see more videos like this from Desk, be sure to let him know in the comments on YouTube. This remains hidden from the player at all times, but we see that going beyond the limits of what's visible reveals a full block with storefronts, street lights, and more. Zooming in on the blurred images shows that 1998's Ghouls 'N Ghosts, Commando (1985), and even Mega Man 9's artwork are visible.īeyond the string of cameos strewn throughout, Desk unearths an entire city street beneath the floor of the stage. That's all well and good, but what's more interesting is that Capcom has hidden billboards in the background of the stage that, if you look close enough, reveal classic video game cover art.

While this "Easter egg" is not quite so hidden, we see that out of plain sight stands another Nancy robot doing battle with a military tank on a bridge in the far background. Right from the start, we see Tekken 6's Nancy-MI847J lying center stage as the warriors do battle. Such was the case for Capcom and Bandai Namco with Street Fighter X Tekken, and this video reveals that there's a lot to see hidden in the back of this stage.

Naturally, when two major fighting game franchises collide and make for a proper crossover, both companies are going to try and inject as much of their IP's history and references into the game as they can.
